Getting Started
Ready to get started? We’ll need copies of your valid pharmacy license and liability insurance (pharmacists only), as well as a completed application and W-9 (see Everything YOU Need). After we receive these materials, we will perform a background check, which takes 48 to 72 hours. Once that is complete, just let us know when you are ready to start! It’s that simple.
